• 5★★★★★ - "I called Remediation Pros to take a look at what I thought was mold on the wall in a corner of a bedroom by the baseboard. Frank came right out and explained it was mold. Suspecting there was moisture in the walls, he tested but did not find any. He went to the basement to inspect the area below where the mold was and did find some underneath the bathroom fixtures in that area. He inspected the furnace room and found active mold growing up a wall behind the furnace. Frank is extremely knowledgeable about mold and explained exactly what kind of mold there was in each area. He explained what would be done to remediate the mold upstairs and the mold in the basement and said he would send me a quote. He did not charge for the inspection. I then was concerned about the air quality and any mold that might be in the air, and Frank offered to perform tests right then for mold in the air. He performed tests in the basement, kitchen, attic, and also a control test outside. There was a charge for these tests but I thought well worth it. Within a couple of days the results came back and there were significantly higher traces of mold in the basement but negligible in the upstairs. The quote for remediation was very reasonable so Frank scheduled the remediation. Frank and team remediated the mold and fogged the basement to ensure the mold in the air was killed. It took just half a day. I am very pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend them."
